Dam Rehabilitation

Gerace Construction removed and replaced 10 existing bear trap gates with new hydraulically operated crest gates. This work consisted of concrete and steel demolition, rock anchor installation, structural concrete, hydraulic operating system, and setting/commissioning of the new crest gates. Additional work to this contract included a 6,000 cubic yard scour slab downstream of the existing structure.
