Jack Barstow Airport
The 2,200 sq. ft. airport terminal facility was built to keep the office view as the primary element, maximizing the lobby view to the runway and maintaining a secure pilot barrier. An exterior was designed using a pre-cast concrete panel system simulating the "Uniblock", a signature design of the late Alden B. Dow, an architect from Midland. The terminal was finished within budget and produced a facility that would be a showcase to visitors/travelers entering the City of Midland.
